When to Reject MyCNBox QC Photos
Use the escrow window properly — approve only when the item matches the listing.
Escrow QC is the main safety net on MyCNBox. Do not rush approval to ship faster — wrong batches are harder to fix after international dispatch.
Always reject
- Wrong item or colourway
- Incorrect size on tag
- Serious construction defects
